This refill pouch was developed for household liquids: laundry detergent, fabric softener, dish soap, hand wash and body wash. These formulas contain surfactants, pH adjusters and fragrance, all of which are demanding on the inner film. We therefore use an acid- and alkali-resistant modified PE inner layer that will not swell, leak or absorb odour over long contact.
Two outlet options are available. A pump head turns the filled pouch into a dispensing container for daily use. Alternatively, a standard spout plus a tear notch keeps the pouch sealed until the user tears it open and pours — the usual refill format for e-commerce and supermarket shelves. The stand-up structure with a large facing panel keeps the printed design fully visible in store.
High-saturation colour printing reproduces brand colours accurately, and a matt or gloss finish adds perceived quality. Customisable: volume, pump or spout specification, tear notch, surface finish, artwork and quantity.
