Guangdong Kody Packaging is a manufacturing company dedicated to the development and production of flexible packaging for liquid and semi-liquid products. Our plant is located in Zhongtang Town, Dongguan, Guangdong, with 15,000 m² of cleanroom workshops and fully automatic production lines for laminated flexible pouches and roll film.

Liquid packaging is our core business. We produce stand-up spout pouches, special spout pouches, bag-in-box (BIB), valve and butterfly-valve pouches, aluminium foil and metallised pouches, centre-seal, three-side-seal and four-side-seal bags, stand-up zipper pouches, shaped pouches and vacuum embossed bags for food, beverage, household chemicals, pharmaceutical, livestock and agricultural applications.

Our team includes more than thirty managers and technicians with over ten years of packaging experience, supported by dedicated quality inspectors who control every stage from printing and lamination to bag making. We customise from your artwork or physical sample, offer free sampling, and deliver a stable, worry-free one-stop liquid packaging service.

What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

For printed pouches our standard MOQ is 5,000 pieces, and small formats can start at 3,000. Unprinted stock pouches and roll film have a negotiable MOQ. Sampling has no minimum — we will make a single pouch so you can approve the style, structure and feel first.

How much does sampling cost and how long does it take?

Structure proposals and artwork visuals are free, and the first round of physical samples is free — you only cover the courier cost. Standard pouches are sampled in 3-5 working days; new spout or valve tooling and shaped pouches take about 7-10 working days.

What is the production lead time for bulk orders?

After sample approval and deposit, standard printed pouches take 12-18 working days, bag-in-box and valve pouches 15-20 working days, and laminated roll film 10-15 working days. For peak season or new tooling we confirm the schedule with you in advance.

Are the materials food-grade certified? Can they be exported?

All food- and pharmaceutical-contact products use food-grade film and spouts that comply with the GB 4806 food-contact standard. We can supply material declarations, SGS test reports and factory inspection reports. For export orders we support FDA and EU 10/2011 compliance statements, along with English packaging and labelling.
